For ERB Hub, we created a custom 130-micron outer PET bag, with a middle layer of VM PET and an inner PE layer. This structure ensures durability, strength, and protection for the product inside. The bag also features:

- Keyhole hanger: Ideal for hanging the product on shelves for easy display.

- Blank spot at the bottom: Allows the farm to write in specific details, such as the strain and the number of grams of flower held in the bag.

Printing and Finish: 

Printed on our flexographic printing machine, this bag boasts a gloss finish for a sleek, shiny look that catches attention on the shelf. The printing process ensures vibrant color and high-quality visuals for a standout design.

For Native Flower, we designed a unique packaging solution using an MOPP outer layer, which provides a matte finish for a more rustic, natural look. The packaging also features:

- Blank spots for customization: The blank space allows the farm to mark whether the product is hybrid, sativa, or indica, helping customers easily identify the product.

Printing and Finish: 

The bag's matte finish creates a clean, organic appearance, ideal for the Native Flower brand's style. The flexographic printing ensures high-quality results with vibrant, lasting colors.

For Plain Jane, we worked on multiple sizes, ranging from 1 gram to 14 grams. The packaging includes:

- Clear window display: Allows customers to see the flower through the bag, showcasing its quality and freshness.

- PET, VMPET, and PE structure: The layers provide durability and protection while maintaining transparency for product visibility.

Key Feature: 

On the larger bags, the child-resistant zipper ensures safety, with an ATSM certified male-to-female zipper that ensures the bags are easy to open but secure from unauthorized access.

For Hemp Hustler, we created a custom design featuring a curved die cut with rounded edges. This unique shape stands out in the market. The packaging includes:

- Holographic foil: This gives the bag a 3D UV holographic look, making the bag visually striking and reflective in different lighting.

- Gold foil: Adds a luxurious gold color, enhancing the premium appeal of the brand.

- Clear window display: Provides visibility into the bag, showcasing the product inside.
